Imagine a Generation That Leads With Heart and Strength
Kind. Strong. Thoughtful.
A clear framework that strengthens character, builds trust, and transforms workplace culture.
Every day, teams face burnout, pressure, and noise.
Students compare, compete, and question who they’re meant to be.
It’s easy to chase achievement and lose sight of what really matters.
Is your culture losing its character?
Your workplace feels disconnected and reactive.
Your students are anxious, distracted, and unsure of themselves.
Conversations about values feel surface-level.
The culture is busy, but not intentional.
It doesn’t have to stay that way.
Through the Kind–Strong–Thoughtful Code, your people can reconnect with what matters most — leading with heart, strength, and wisdom in everything they do.
Programs that help your students and your team live your code.
Dave Jorna - Founder of The Kind, Strong, Thoughtful Code
For almost two decades, Dave Jorna has been helping young people, schools, and workplaces grow cultures of character.
As a speaker, facilitator, and founder of Live Your Code and Project Hatch, Dave has worked with more than 150,000 students across Australia, guiding them to live with kindness, strength, and thoughtfulness in their daily lives.
Through his signature framework — The Kind, Strong, Thoughtful Code — Dave helps people turn values into action. His programs equip boys, students, and teams to define who they want to be, develop emotional intelligence, and build meaningful relationships grounded in respect and care.
Dave’s approach combines research in psychology and wellbeing with authentic storytelling and a down-to-earth style that connects instantly with audiences. Whether he’s speaking to a group of Year 9 boys or leading a workshop for educators and parents, his message is simple and powerful:
When you live your code, character comes to life.
When he’s not running programs, Dave is a husband and dad who spends most weekends at cricket fields, cheering on his sons and lending a hand to the other boys. He believes the best lessons about leadership and life often start in those moments on the sidelines, in real conversations, and through simple acts of encouragement
